Started in 2015, the construction phase was completed in just four years.<\/p>\n<p>RECo Canada put in place a special and accelerated panel production plan to meet the stringent construction schedule. A total of 11,800 panels for a total wall area of 23,000 m2\u00a0were fabricated and shipped to the project in record time.<\/p>\n<p>The project provided numerous challenges throughout the design, production, and construction phases, including constraints due to certain specifications required for the project such as cold weather and harsh environmental factors.<\/p>\n<p>The area characterized by very soft clays, known as \u201cRegina Clay\u201d which typically exhibit high settlement rates. One of the major advantages of the Reinforced Earth\u00ae TerraClass\u00ae system is its ability to accommodate high-anticipated settlements without a significant impact on the structure\u2019s overall stability and aesthetics.<\/p>\n<p>The new bypass will improve road safety, streamline traffic, and promote economic development in the province by providing faster and more reliable access to three major Saskatchewan highways: The Trans-Canada Highway and Highways 6 and 11.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3132,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[187],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3130","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-project"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.6 -
